Overview

This is a meat-and-veg charger and the main difficulty is that there is no price advertised – you have to request a quote, which means it’s hard to compare like-for-like.

It’s no-frills, and it’s not the prettiest, but it’s got load balancing, PEN protection (no need for an earth rod) and you get a three-year warranty as standard. There’s a ‘smart option’ with an app, which should be standard, so in that respect it hardly moves the dial. Still, it’s there and it occupies a space in the universe. If you are curious click here but initially, it appears there’s not much to shout about apart from the fact that you can specify a few nice colours rather than just black. If fast-charging is a priority then the three-phase 22kW might float your boat.
