This is a straightforward charger with no bells and whistles. It’s a 7.2kW, Type 2, untethered charger with a three-year warranty offering 4G, Ethernet and WiFi connectivity. On initial viewing the app looks user-friendly with the ability to schedule charging view charging history (all standard stuff). It has in-built PEN protection, but we can’t see that it has Dynamic Tariff Integration or Solar Integration. There’s no locking mechanism but, on the plus side, ICS says the installation time is extremely quick, on average only 30 minutes, which looks like a leader in this field in that respect.
